And like language, it keeps evolving. In this course, we look at how to win with words. How to write words which win hearts and minds, create rapport with readers and remove the barriers to buying. We have based it on decades of experience writing, editing, refining and teaching the skills of persuasion to organisations and leaders all over the world. It will make any writing more convincing and vastly improve any presentation, speech, pitch, RFI/ RFP and bid document – even a humble email.
